TVD 3-100/2 High Speed Oil-Free Grinder
There’s nothing faster: 100.000 rpm and an elastic spindle support ensure an optimal surface quality. Noise emissions are extremely low. Thanks to the turbo drive it can be operated without lubrication (oil-free). No chatter marks also with finest deburring jobs.

HB 3 Small and Lightweight Belt Sander
Extremely lightweight, low-noise belt sander with powerful motor and direct drive without angular gear unit.
Ideal for deburring and finishing, especially components made of aluminium and steel. Tool-free changing of the grinding arm.
Four different grinding arms for the belt length 305 mm (for 3 mm, 6 mm and 12 mm belt width) as well as a grinding arm for the belt length of 370 mm (for 12 mm belt width).
RWA Robotoc Spindles with Deflection for Automated Deburring
This deflectable pneumatic spindle is capable of compensating part and positioning tolerances when machining. This means that it is possible to trace a part contour with constant pressure and achieve uniform removal, even under fluctuating conditions. An optimum application for this system is, e.g. the automated deburring of castings or machined components using an industrial robot. The deflection force is individually infinitely adjustable using air pressure (2-6 bar), even during processing.
