Sololube is a reliable, easy-to-operate lubricant dispenser with an electromechanical drive. Its precise delivery system makes Sololube equally suitable for the automatic lubrication of roller and friction bearings, gear racks, open transmissions or chains.

In addition to classic battery operation, the Sololube lubricant dispenser is also available with external 24 V power supply.

G-LUBE EM models are temperature-independent high-pressure lubrication systems for single-point and multi-point lubrication applications with grease. With its high delivery pressure of up to 60 bar (870 psi), G-LUBE EM is particularly powerful and ideally suited for demanding applications. A uniform lubricant delivery is ensured throughout the entire operating period, even in settings subject to temperature fluctuations or high back pressures.

The G-LUBE EM OIL series offers tailor-made solutions for automatic oil lubrication. Thanks to the large oil reservoir of up to 500 ml, several lubrication points can be supplied simultaneously – even over longer distances – thanks to a delivery pressure of up to 10 bar. Save time and money by easily refilling the lubrication system directly on site. Ideal for the lubrication of chains, spindles and linear guides!

G-LUBE VIB is an innovative electromechanical lubrication system dispenser that only activates itself if the connected sensor registers vibrations. This makes it particularly suitable for intermittent operation. The battery power supply allows self-sufficient use and makes G-LUBE VIB independent from an external power supply.

LUB-S can be used as single point lubricator or (by means of splitters or progressive distributors) as multipoint lubrication system Due to its extremely compact pump unit and its low weight it especially suits applications with lacking space.

Two types of LUB-S are available:

LUB-S-B runs with a 4.5 V battery and operates at up to 35 bar (508 psi).

LUB-S-V uses 24 VDC and can be connected to PLC optionally. Its higher delivery pressure of up to 50 bar (725 psi) enables even more possible applications. Besides a 125 ml cartridge, a 250 ml cartridge can be screwed on anytime.

The built-in display allows you to keep track of all functions.

Lubricus offers a new portal to the world of automatic lubrication. With the highly versatile Lubricus lubrication system, both single lubrication points and a whole group of varied points can be provided with lubricant continuously over a long period of time.

Dependent upon the version, Lubricus comes with up to four outlets and is thus optimally suitable with multiple lubrication.

Mounting tools are necessary to mount bearings, bushings, sealing rings and pulleys safely, precisely, damage-free and quickly. Especially when mechanically mounting bearings, it is crucial that the bearing is supported on the inside and outside to avoid damage that leads to premature bearing damage.

When using the FIT33 mounting kit, the mounting forces are not transmitted via the balls or rollers in the bearing, so there is no risk of damage to the running surface. The impact-resistant plastic rings have been made from one plate, which prevents breakage, unlike some injection-moulded designs. They prevent metal-to-metal contact and thus avoid damage to the axle.

The FIT33 tool case is suitable for mounting bearings with shaft diameters from 10 to 50 mm and outside diameters from 26 to 110 mm.

Ventilation dryers are installed on hydraulic and lubrication system containers to prevent the ingress of solid particles and moisture during the ventilation of the systems.

This slows down the oxidation of the oil and extends the life of your equipment.

Avoid premature bearing failures due to damage caused by improper mounting! The workpiece expands due to the uniform, inductive heating. Bearings can then be mounted cleanly and easily without effort and without jamming. Thanks to the infinitely adjustable temperature, the bearing can be heated gently and will not be damaged.
